(Homs – Al-Arman District)

The church land consists of a residential apartment (basement) consecrated by the late Archbishop Mar Malatius Barnaba in 1990. The parishioners are from the villages of Saddad, who have moved to Homs for work. In 1995, a religious education center was established, encompassing all stages from childhood to family. This initiative has strengthened the connection of the parishioners to the church due to the activities organized by the religious education center.

As the number of parishioners increased, a piece of land was acquired from the Homs Municipality in the same district (Zaidal Road) with an area of 2000 square meters. This land is intended for the construction of a hall, a religious education center, a church, a priest’s house, and several annexes, including reception halls for condolences and facilities for social work groups such as fraternities for the intellectually and physically disabled and the deaf. Of these projects, only the hall, the religious education center, the brass band headquarters, and the reception and condolences salon have been completed. The project to build the church and the remaining annexes is still ongoing.
